I play the soft tennis three times a week.
There is slightly useless fat, but I don't think that I try to diet.
I am a normal figure. I exercise and have a meal having good balance because I live in the parents' house. I look like health.
But, I hurt a shoulder in tennis. So I go to the hospital. I cause a stomachache for stress.
The exercise is important. But, I think that it is more important to relieve stress.

Overweight & obesity in Australia
In Japan often hears of word metabolic syndrome recently. Australia understands obesity has increased, too.
The number normal adult of the man and woman has decreased. And, the number of obese is increasing gradually compared with 1995. The number of obese adults from 35 to 44 years old was increase 10% for ten years. 62% of Australian males are overweight or obese. But, the percentage of those who is recognizing that I am obesity is only 37%.The person whom the woman also is recognizing is a little.
The main cause is inactivity. “Inactivity is one of the main reasons why two-thirds of man and over one half of women in the 45 to 64 age group are overweight or obese,” says Mr. Gavin Turrell, Associate Professor of Queensland University of Technology.
There is a possibility of causing the heart disease and the diabetic when overweight too much.
We should exercise to keep the body to be healthy. For instance, the car is not used for the nearby place, and it walks. I think that I can happily move the body when going on a family picnic on holiday. We should take care of meal. I think that it is possible to be interested in food by examining the calorie and, the sense of fullness is obtained when eating often biting and weight decreases. We should take a good meal of the balance. Not only the person of obesity, We should also take care.
